Date Night - Fondue for 2 and Board Painting

Grab the significant other, your favorite kid (aged 13 and up for this event), or your BFF as it's Date Night at PictureThis Creative Workshop. We're providing the food and the fun with our Cheddar and Chocolate Fondue Combo and board painting for two. 

The cost for this workshop is $105 (+tax and event fee) and includes a fondue combo and 2 medium board projects. You'll both get to indulge in something delicious while you each paint your own projects. Walk away with happy bellies and a custom keepsake you'll always treasure. 

We'll have a nice assortment of meats, veggies, starches, and fruits for your dipping pleasure.  Water, coffee, and punch will be complimentary for this event. As we are a Zero Proof studio, we also have NA wines, NA beers, and NA mocktails available for purchase. 

The last day to sign up for this event is Friday, July 29th by 8pm. 

How this works: 

Register for event to reserve your spots. Peruse our catalogue to view our projects. Choose one medium sized project for each of you that you like (16x12, 20x10, 12x12, $37.50 value). We will contact you within 48 hours (standard business days) to get your project selections and any personalizations. Due to the limited amount of space for this particular event, specialty and large projects are excluded. Note***We will not be doing any customized projects for this event, so please choose a project from our catalogue. 

ATTENDANCE : Doors will open 15 minutes prior to start time. We will start promptly at 5 pm, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early. We understand things happen so please let us know if you cannot make it or will be late. All attendees must have a paid registration.

Bad Weather: If we are under severe weather warnings the day of the event we will reschedule. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date we will issue a credit. We don't want anyone out on the roads in potential tornados or severe thunderstorms trying to get to us, and we cannot guarantee continued power during a storm to complete our projects. For everyones safety this is now our policy.

REFUNDS: You may receive a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of reservation. After that, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS as we purchase materials and begin prepping projects per order. If you cannot make it to this event and let us know at least 5 days in advance, we will issue you a partial credit and pack up your projects, any cancellations past that may take their projects home to complete at their leisure  but no further credit is given. We do not provide paint or brushes for projects taken home after a missed event as takehome materials were not factored into original cost.  No Call/ No Shows will NOT be issued a credit and will only have 14 days to claim projects before ownership is forfeited. We do not have space to hang on to unclaimed projects.
