Jane Austen Literary "Tea-vent".

Everyone loves a tea party and what better way to enjoy an afternoon with your friends than enjoying delightful tea, tasty treats, good conversation, a fun craft, and supporting a great cause? We can't think of one. 

We'll enjoy some light snacks made from the recipes of Caroline Jane Knight, Jane Austen’s fifth great niece, straight from the family’s cookbooks during Jane’s time, play some games and riddles mentioned in Jane’s novels, and paint a 12x8 literary themed board. You'll be able to choose your stencil the day of. 

The cost for this event is $35 per person. ALL children must be accompanied by an adult. ALL attendees, children and adults, must register (and pay) for the event. Due to limited space, we do not allow non-paying observers, family members, or other non participants in the studio during the event.

If you have specific food allergies or dietary needs, please let us know in the "is there anything we should know" portion of checkout. We will do our best to accommodate, or at least be able to tell you what to avoid. 

$10 from every ticket will go directly to the Jane Austen Literacy Foundation. The last day to register is June 7th by 10pm. 

LATE ATTENDENCE POLICY: We will start promptly at 1pm. We understand things happen so please let us know if you cannot make it or will be late. Anyone arriving more than 20 minutes late may have to take their board home to do at their leisure. 

REFUNDS: This is a SPECIALTY EVENT so NO REFUNDS. Please check your dates and calendars before signing up as this event is non-transferrabe for a credit or other workshop. 

Bad Weather: If we are under severe weather warnings the day of the event, we will reschedule. We will post that we are rescheduling to our Facebook page and reach out to attendees. For everyone's safety this is now our policy.
