Important to Note***

• This is a real wood workshop so your boards may have natural divets, cracks, chips, knots and other blemishes. We feel this adds character and enhances the natural beauty of each piece.  Some additional distress to the board may occur when you remove your stencil (we can fix most issues).  Please note that no sign is absolutely perfect as it is hand crafted and unique.
• Embellishments or props shown are not included in project price (bows, flowers, etc.)
• Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can typically be made at no additional charge. Significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for designs not in out catalogue are considered custom and must be submitted and approved at least 10 days in advance of workshop. If approved, a  customization fee of $25 will apply.  The fee must be paid prior to us starting your design.

LATE ATTENDENCE POLICY: We will start shortly after everyone has arrived, so please be as close to the start of this party as posssible to ensure everyone has enough time to complete project.  We understand things happen so please let us know if you cannot make it or will be late.

REFUNDS: You may cancel within 24 hours of purchasing your ticket for a full refund, after that, we do not issue refunds as this is a specialty event and relies on a monetary minimum. If you find yourself unable to attend, we will pack up your project for you to do at home. 

SEVERE WEATHER: We will NOT travel in severe weather. We will wait until it is safe to travel again and then bring everyone their projects. We apologize for any inconvenience but for our safety this is our policy.
