Once Upon a Studio - Family Event

Bibbidy, Boppity, Boo!!! We're transforming the studio into a Disney inspired Wonderland for you and the kiddos to enjoy! Join us August 13th, 1-4pm for our Disney inspired event. . 

We will have the studio decked out, props and backdrops for photos, Disney tattoos, and of course Disney music to set the mood! Trivia will range from easy to advanced and will be split into tiers for kids and adults. We have Disney Inspired beverages, treats, a popcorn bar, corn dogs, and all beef hotdogs available for purchase the day of the event! We also always have a variety of other snacks and beverages on hand in the studio. No outside food or beverage allowed (barring what is needed for an infant or medical necessity). 

The cost for this workshop is:

$15 for children aged 10 and under, includes 8x12 project. 

$25 Standard, includes 12x12 project

Space is very limited for this workshop so ALL attendees must have a paid reservation.  Children under 4 may assist an accompanying adult with an adult project and do not require their own ticket.

How this works:

Register here and pay for your ticket(s) so that your spot(s) is/are reserved. The day of the event please arrive a few minutes earlyto get checked in and pick out your project.  We have a larfge variety of stencils to choose from (classic disney to newer stuff). We will start trivia once everyone has settled and has the hang of what they are doing. Food and beverages are available for purchase throughout this event.

The last day to sign up is August 3 by 10pm.

ATTENDANCE : Doors will open 15 minutes prior to start time. We will start promptly at 1 pm, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early. We understand things happen so please let us know if you cannot make it or will be late. If more than 30 minutes past our start time and no notice given, you may not be able to participate as we will not be able to bring you up to speed and still maintain good flow for our other guests.

Bad Weather: If we are under severe weather warnings the day of the event we will reschedule. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date we will issue a credit. We don't want anyone out on the roads in potential tornados or severe thunderstorms trying to get to us, and we cannot guarantee continued power during a storm to complete our projects. For everyones safety this is now our policy.

REFUNDS: You may receive a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of reservation. After that, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS as we purchase materials and begin prepping projects per order. If you cannot make it to this event and let us know at least 10 days in advance, we will issue you a credit, anyone cancelling past that may take their project home to do at their leisure.   No Call/ No Shows will NOT be issued a credit and will only have 14 days to claim their projects before ownership is forfeited. We do not have space to hang on to unclaimed projects. Any credits given past the 5 day mark will be up to the discretion of the facilitator. We appreciate your understanding.
