About the event
We are returning to Timber Hill Winery November 13th, 11am-1pm. As this workshop falls at somewhat of an odd spot (seasonally speaking) we're bringing you a variety of designs to choose from. Some of us want to enjoy every last moment fall has to offer while others of us are ready to move on. We've got fall, we've got football, we've got Thanksgiving, we've got wine, and we've got winter (ready or not). There should be something for everyone and if not, send us a message.
The cost for this event is $35.00 and includes your pre-stained board, stencil, use of all materials needed to complete project, and step-by-step instruction. You may add a frame to your design for an additional $5 (due the day of the workshop).
The last day to register for this event is November 5th by 10pm.
We will have your project ready for you to paint the day of the workshop. Please arrive about 5 minutes early as we will start promptly at 11am. Wear clothing you don't mind possibly getting a little paint on.
LATE ATTENDEE AND NO SHOW POLICY- We have exactly 2 hours at Timber Hill Winery and must start when scheduled so please arrive on time. We understand things happen so let us know if you cannot make it or will be late. As space is so limited at Timber Hill, guests arriving more than 20 minutes late without notice may have their spots cleared to allow for Timber Hill Winery customers to have the space. We DO NOT carry extra paint and takehome items with us to Timber Hill, so if you arrive late and must take your project to complete at home, you will have to furnish your own paint and weeding tools.
REFUNDS: Due to the customized nature of our business, we DO NOT issue refunds. We make the stencil, cut the wood, and stain the board according to the project you choose. If you are unable to make it to this event please let us know ASAP and we will either pack up your project as a Takehome for you to do at your leisure, OR, you can complete it at one of our future, in-studio workshops. We will not hang on to boards for more than 30 days, so arrangements must be made in a timely manner. No Call/ No Shows will have 14 days to make arrangements for their boards, after that, ownership is forfeited as we do not have the space to hang on to unclaimed boards. We appreciate your understanding.
