Pebble Art

Rock art, also known as petroglyphs or pictographs, has been used by various cultures throughout history for a variety of purposes. While the exact motivations behind creating rock art can vary, it is indeed a fascinating and expressive form of human communication and therapy. We'll be doing our own versions by selecting stones in various shapes and sizes, arranging them to create the scene we want, then painting and affixing the stones to the backdrop of choice.  We'll have a small variety of stencils available so you can add different dimension, texture, and embellishment to your piece. The cost for this workshop is $25 and includes your wooden board,  pebbles/stones needed to create your scene, paint, and use of all tools and materials needed to create project. 

Please Note** The design itself is unguided, meaning each person creates the design they want to make. We do not have templates for you to use. This is DIY event - staff is available to help guide you and make suggestions but we will not do your art for you. We recommend perusing Pinterest beforehand to get some ideas. The last day to register is May 29 th by 10pm. 

We have several snack items available for purchase; giant soft pretzels, tortilla chips and salsa, gourmet popcorn, as well as many other options. We have Italian soda's and over 30 flavors so you can create your own gourmet concoction. Coffee, regular soda, water. and lemonade are always available. No outside food or beverage allowed in the studio.

To maintain good flow and get through the session we ask that everyone remain inside the studio during instruction. We will take small breaks throughout.

LATE ATTENDENCE POLICY: We will start promptly at 1pm, so plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early. We understand things happen so please let us know if you cannot make it or will be late.

REFUNDS: You may cancel within 24 hours of purchasing your ticket for a full refund, after that, we do not issue refunds as we will have begun prepping your project. No call/ no shows will receive no credit.

Bad Weather: If we are under severe weather warnings the day of the event, we will reschedule. We will post that we are rescheduling to our Facebook page and reach out to attendees. if you cannot make it to our rain date, we will issue a credit. For everyone's safety this is now our policy.
