Teenager's Night Out - Mug Painting & Hot Cocoa Boxes

We're doing an all new workshop, just for teens! We'll be painting ceramic mugs and making hot cocoa boxes (complete with all the fixin's). While we're being creative, we'll enjoy some cocoa and conversation. 

The cost for this workshop is $25 and includes their mug, box, stencil, all materials needed to complete project, step-by-step instruction, and goodies to go in the box. The last day to sign up for this event is January 10th by 10pm. 

Popcorn, water, and hot cocoa will be available at no additional charge to paid participants throughout the night. We will be running our $5 hot dog special which icludes a Ballpark All Beef hot dog, bag of chips, and wafer cookie pack. An additional hot dog can be added for $1 more. We have several other snack items available for purchase; giant soft pretzels, tortilla chips and salsa, and gourmet popcorn, We have regular soda and Italian soda's with over 30 flavors so your own gourmet concoction can be created. No outside food or beverage allowed in the studio unless medically necessary.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE*** 

• This workshop is intended for teenagers aged 13 and up. 
• All attendees must have a paid ticket for the event (unless there for medical necessity and not an active participant).
• All participants must have transportation to and from the event. For safety reasons we will not allow anyone to wait outside for their ride. We apologize for any inconvenience.  Parents may drop their teen off anytime between 5:30 and 5:55, then plan to pick back up at 8pm.
• Disruptive, belligerent, abusive, or bullying behavior will not be tolerated and the parents of any individual behaving as such will be called for early pick up.
• We will be working with paint so please send your teen in clothing you don't mind them possibly getting paint on. Aprons are provided but things still happen. 
• We will be drinking cocoa (which does contain dairy and possibly nuts) and eating popcorn. If anyone has food allergies to anything mentioned please do not sign up for this workshop as we cannot guarantee zero contact. 
• We cannot provide personal cares so all participants must be able to move about unassisted, toilet themselves, and tend to any other personal needs on their own (or accompanied by a caregiver). There is elevator access to anyone who needs it. Should an injury or some other medical emergency occur, our policy is to dial 911 first then contact parents. 
• An activity waiver will be sent to the email provided prior to the event. The waiver must be signed and returned by January 10th or we cannot allow your teen to participate. 

LATE ATTENDENCE POLICY: We will start promptly at 6 pm, so plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early. We understand things happen so please let us know if you cannot make it or will be late.

REFUNDS: You may cancel within 24 hours of purchasing your ticket for a full refund, after that, we do not issue refunds as we will have begun prepping your project. No call/ no shows will receive no credit.

Bad Weather: If we are under severe weather warnings the day of the event, we will reschedule. We will post that we are rescheduling to our Facebook page and reach out to attendees. If you cannot make it to our rain date, we will pack up your items as a TakeHome to do at your leisure. For everyone's safety this is now our policy.
