Clay Pot Statues

Join us Friday, May 17th for an all new in studio workshop! In this class we'll show you how to construct your very own clay pot sculpture. The cost for this workshop is $55, includes all materials needed to complete project, and step-by-step instruction. Average size will vary based on design, but average outcome will be roughly 12"-22".

How this works: 

Choose the basic shape of the statue you want to make (Turtle, dog, lighthouse, gnome, etc.) so we can have the materials  ready for you. You'll be able to customize your project with paint and a variety of crafting embellishments to create the design you want. Ex. Choose pig at registration for basic body shape, end with a cute cow. The final result will be up to you. 

We have several snack items available for purchase:  giant soft pretzels, tortilla chips and salsa, gourmet popcorn, State Fair all beef corndogs, as well as many other options. We have Italian soda's and over 30 flavors so you can create your own gourmet concoction. Coffee, regular soda, water. and lemonade are always available. We also offer a variety of Zero Proof beers and Wines. No outside food or beverage allowed in the studio.

To maintain good flow and get through the session we ask that everyone remain inside the studio during instruction. We will take small breaks throughout.

ATTENDENCE POLICY: We will start promptly at 6pm, so plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early. We understand things happen so please let us know if you cannot make it or will be late. As space is limited, each attendee must have their own paid for project. Anyone arriving more than 20 minutes past the start of the workshop (without prior notice), may have to take their project home to be finished.

REFUNDS: This is a specialty event. You may cancel within 24 hours of purchasing your ticket for a full refund, after that, we do not issue refunds. If you cannot make it and give us at least 1 week notice, we will issue you a credit. Anything after that will not qualify for a credit as we willl have already paid for your supplies. You may pick up your project to do at home or schedule a time to complete it in studio.

Bad Weather: If we are under severe weather warnings the day of the event, we will reschedule. We will post that we are rescheduling to our Facebook page and reach out to attendees. if you cannot make it to our rain date, we will issue a credit. For everyone's safety this is now our policy.
