Muggles Night Out - Adults Only

It's Muggles Night Out for the Harry Potter loving adults. Put on your fave HP gear, kiss your fantastic beasts, then rev up the broom and make your way over to PictureThis Creative Workshop for our Adults only Hogwarts themed event. We have loads of designs to choose from for this event. We promise we'll have a design you want, maybe several.

The cost for this workshop is $45 and guarantees you the following:

~Your spot in this exclusive workshop

~1  mediumsize project of your choosing from the HP vault 

~ 1 HP exclusive mug (microwave and dishwasher safe)

~ Your participation in the trivia (now digital!) and prizes

Feeling peckish when you get here? No problem! We will have Butterbeers, Cauldron Cakes, and Hagrid's Sausages on the grill available for a special event rate! We also always have a variety of other snacks and beverages on hand in the studio. We are a ZERO PROOF studio and offer a variety of NA Wines, NA Beers, and Mocktails for purchase.

We ask that there please be no outside food or beverage in the studio.

You'll pick your design, pick your stain. and fill that out on the registration page. 

Bringing someone along who isn't a Potter Head? No worries! We have an entire stencil wall full of other designs to choose from. 

The last day to sign up for this event is October 19th by 10pm. 

ATTENDANCE : Doors will open 15 minutes prior to start time. We will start promptly at 6 pm, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early. We understand things happen so please let us know if you cannot make it or will be late. If more than 30 minutes past our start time and no notice given, you may not be able to participate as we will not be able to bring you up to speed and still maintain good flow for our other guests. 

Bad Weather: If we are under severe weather warnings the day of the event we will reschedule. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date we will issue a credit. We don't want anyone out on the roads in potential tornados or severe thunderstorms trying to get to us, and we cannot guarantee continued power during a storm to complete our projects. For everyones safety this is now our policy.

REFUNDS: You may receive a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of reservation. After that, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS as we purchase materials and begin prepping projects per order. If you cannot make it to this event and let us know at least 10 days in advance, we will issue you a credit, anyone cancelling past that may take their project home to do at their leisure.   No Call/ No Shows will NOT be issued a credit and will only have 14 days to claim their projects before ownership is forfeited. We do not have space to hang on to unclaimed projects. Any credits given past the 5 day mark will be up to the discretion of the facilitator. We appreciate your understanding.
