Summer Cookie Decorating Workshop

Join PictureThis Creative Workshop for a cookie decorating workshop! Our instructor, Krystina Fuhrerer is not only an art teacher, but a very talented cake/cookie decorator. She has graciously agreed to teach this workshop so that she could pass her experience and knowledge onto you.

The cost for this event is $30 per person and includes 1 dozen pre-baked and pre-cut sugar cookies, use  of all materials needed to decorate cookies, and step-by-step instruction. Bring the the kiddos with you for only an additional $17.50 (includes 1/2 doz. cookies). You will learn how to work with royal flood icing and how to use icing bags and decorating tools to achieve certain designs. 

We do not recommend this workshop for children under 7 years old, but you know your children better than we do. Please use discretion. If you have a kid under 7 who has the attention span and aptitude for this workshop, then please don't hesitate to bring them. 

Addidtional cookie kits are available for takehome for $25 each and will include 1 dozen sugar cookies, 3 bags of colored icing and sprinkles. Contact us at picturethiscreativeworkshop@gmail.com to pre-order Takehomes, otherwise we will have a limited selection on hand the day of.  

Cookie cuts will be summer themed but may vary slightly from picture above as it will depend on what the baker chooses to use.

We have a delightful array of beverages available for purchase. If hungry when you get here we also have an assortment of cheese spreads, pretzels, chips, dips, and other snackable items. We are a ZERO PROOF studio. Though we do not have alcoholic beverages we do offer a variety of NA Wines, NA Beers, and Mocktails for purchase

No outside food or beverage is allowed in the studio.

ATTENDANCE : Doors will open 15 minutes prior to start time. We will start promptly at 1pm, so please arrive early. We understand things happen so please let us know if you cannot make it or will be late. If more than 20 minutes past our start time and no notice given, you will not be able to participate as we will not be able to bring you up to speed and still maintain good flow for our other guests. In order to avoid distractions and interruptions, we ask that all guests remain in the studio (aside from bathroom breaks) during the session. We will have a couple of brief intermissions during the process. All attendees must have a paid reservation for the workshop.

Bad Weather: If we are under severe weather warnings the day of the event we will reschedule. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date we will issue a credit. We don't want anyone out on the roads in potential tornados or severe thunderstorms trying to get to us, and we cannot guarantee continued power during a storm to complete our projects. For everyones safety this is now our policy.

REFUNDS: You may receive a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of reservation. After that, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS as we purchase materials and begin prepping projects per order. If you cannot make it to this event and let us know at least 6 days in advance, we will issue you a credit, any cancellations past that may take their cookies home and do it as self-guided project.   No Call/ No Shows will NOT be issued a credit or be able to take home cookies as we will not be responsible for ensuring their shelf-stability past the event date. Any credits given past the 5 day mark will be up to the discretion of the facilitator. We appreciate your understanding.
