PictureThis Creative Workshop makes every attempt to stick to the project schedule. It does occassionally happen where items needed for a specific project do not arrive on time or there are shortages on materials needed. In the event this would occur, we reserve the right to substitute project for another "like" project. 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE***

  • Kid's Camp is intended for kids aged 8 and up with a passion for art.
  • All attendees must have a paid membership for camp (unless there for the medical/ personal aid of a camper and not an active participant).
  • All participants must have transportation to and from the camp. For safety reasons we will not allow anyone to wait outside for their ride. We apologize for any inconvenience.  Parents may drop their child off anytime between 9:30 and 10:00 am, then pick back up at 1pm. Anyone running more than 15 minutes late will be charged $10 for every quarter hour past pick up time unless a pre-arranged agreement was made.
  • Disruptive, belligerent, abusive, or bullying behavior will not be tolerated and the parents of any individual behaving as such will be called for early pick up. No refund for the session will be issued.
  • We will be working with paint so please send your child in clothing you don't mind them possibly getting paint on. Aprons are provided but things still happen.
  • Note** We will enjoy a midday snack. If anyone has any food allergies, PLEASE include that at registration.
  • We cannot provide personal cares so all participants must be able to move about unassisted, toilet themselves, and tend to any other personal needs on their own (or accompanied by a caregiver). There is elevator access to anyone who needs it.
  • Should serious injury or other medical emergencies occur, our policy is to dial 911 first then contact parents. 

KEY WORKSHOP POLICIES:

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our projects and business, we do not offer refunds.

Attendance Policy: If you cannot attend on the class date you registered for, please email us at picturethiscreativeworkshop@gmail.com ASAP. We will be happy to transfer your registration to a future camp session. Notices received LESS THAN 72 hours prior to the scheduled workshop will not receive a transfer or a credit as materials for your participation have already been purchased. We will pack your projects up for you to do at home. Note** Some projects or materials may be substituted as they are not suitable for take home.

Guests who do not email or contact us prior to class starting are considered a no show and forfeit their registration fee.

Bad Weather Policy: If we are under severe weather warnings the day of your scheduled workshop we will cancel or postpone. We will contact you via telephone (and email) and issue you a class voucher for the daily rate you paid. You will be able to use your class voucher for any future day camp session, or, towards a studio event.

We will be sending you a waiver via email that must be filled out prior to attending.
