May the 4th be With You

May the 4th is a special day for Star Wars fans around the galaxy, and we're no exception! Join us as we party it up and pay homage to one of the greatest movie franchises in film history. We'll be painting some awesome Star Wars themed boards, taking advantage of some photo ops with our super cool photo area (complete with props, see above), and playing some trivia. We'll have Star Wars inspired beverages available for purchase.

The cost to take part in the celebration is $40 per person and includes your board (12x16, 12x12, or 16x8), use of all materials needed to complete project, step-by-step instruction, and participation in the trivia and prizes. We have several snack items available for purchase; giant soft pretzels, tortilla chips and salsa, gourmet popcorn, Ballpark all beef hotdogs plumped to perfection on the roller grill, as well as many other options. We have Italian soda's and over 30 flavors so you can create your own gourmet concoction. Coffee, regular soda, water. and lemonade are always available. We also offer a variety of Zero Proof beers and Wines. No outside food or beverage allowed in the studio.

LATE ATTENDENCE POLICY: We will start promptly at 1pm, so plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early. We understand things happen so please let us know if you cannot make it or will be late.

REFUNDS: You may cancel within 24 hours of purchasing your ticket for a full refund, after that, we do not issue refunds as we purchase materials and begin prepping as orders come in. If you cannot make it to this workshop you may contact us up to 4 days before event for a full studio credit, after that we do not give credits. You may arrange pick up of your items or schedule a day to come in to finish it. We will only hang on to unfinished projects for 30 days. If not picked up by then ownership is forfeited as we do not have space to store items for prolonged periods. No call/ no shows will receive no credit.

Bad Weather: If we are under severe weather warnings the day of the event, we will reschedule. We will post that we are rescheduling to our Facebook page and reach out to attendees. if you cannot make it to our rain date, we will either pack up projects to be done at home or issue a credit. For everyone's safety this is now our policy.
