Mother's Day Fondue for 2 and Paint Night

Join us May 10th at 6pm for a night of Celebrating Mom! Taking care of another living being is a tough job. There's stress, there's worry, there's heartbreak, and in there with it is also pride, joy, and unconditional love. We want to celebrate all things Mom with a gloriously delicious Fondue dinner for 2 and paint night. Whether your children are biologically yours, human or otherwise, if you are loving, supporting, and a nurturing figure in anyone's life, then this day is for you.  Bring your mom, bring your wife, bring you daughter, and especially if you are Mom, REWARD YOURSELF. You deserve it!

The cost for this workshop is $120 ( + event fee)  and includes 2 medium sized projects, a cheddar and chocolate fondue combo for 2, use of all materials needed to complete project, and step-by-step instruction. We'll have the perfect pairings for dipping like crusty breads, fruits, steamed veggies, cooked pasta noodles, smoked sausage, beef meatballs, chicken, cookies, cakes, and more! Iced water, coffee, and punch are included for your refreshment.

The last day to sign up for this event is May 1st by 10 pm. To ensure there is enough room for our clients to enjoy their food and paint, tickets are limited to just 8 spots. ALL attendees must have a paid registration.  Due to the nature of this event, no one under the age of 16 is permitted to attend. 

Note** This is a WOOD workshop. Though we purchase quality lumber, boards may have knots, grooves, sap, and other imperfections. We feel this makes each board unique and adds to the natural charm of the wood. 

We are located at 7 E. Main St., downtown Evansville. We are in the same building as State Farm Insurance and Hen House Thrift Boutique. Parking is in the front of the building. We are on the lower level and there is elevator access to anyone who needs it.

LATE ATTENDEE AND NO SHOW POLICY- We will start promptly at 6pm, so please arrive on time. We understand things happen so please let us know if you cannot make it or will be late. Anyone arriving more than 20 minutes past the start of the event may have to finish their projects at home if they can't get caught up to the group. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

REFUNDS: You may request a refund within 24 hours of first registering, after that, we do not issue refunds or credits as this is a SPECIALTY EVENT. If you are unable to make it, please let us know ASAP and we will either pack up your project as a Takehome for you to do at your leisure, OR, you can complete it at one of our future, in-studio workshops. We cannot issue a credit for missed food as the caterer still has to be paid based on a certain number of people. No Call/ No Shows will NOT be issued a refund or a credit and will have 14 days to make arrangements for their boards, after that, ownership is forfeited as we do not have the space to hang on to unclaimed boards. We appreciate your understanding. 

BAD WEATHER: Should weather the day of the event be potentially hazardous and make travel unsafe, we will reschedule the event. We will reach out to all participants to discuss options.
