Once Upon a Studio - Adults Only

In a land not so far far away, there was a studio that hosted an event for Disney lovers that didn't involve small children. That's us and this is that event.  We know there's no age limit on Disney and sometimes we want to do things often geared towards children as adults, on adult time, with other adults. That's where we come in.  Join us September 16th at 6pm for a magical experience! 

The cost for this workshop is $40 (+taxes and event fee) and includes a magical mocktail (or other beverage of choice),  your medium sized project, use of all materials needed to complete project, instruction,  participation in the trivia and prizes. Trivia will range from moderate to advanced but don't fret, we have multiple prizes and multiple tiers. We will have the studio decked out, props and backdrops for photos, and of course Disney music to set the mood!

Feeling peckish when you get here? No problem! We have Disney Inspired Mocktails, a popcorn bar, corn dogs, and all beef hotdogs available for a special event rate! We also always have a variety of other snacks and beverages on hand in the studio. We are a ZERO PROOF studio and offer a variety of NA Wines, NA Beers, and Mocktails for purchase.

We ask that there please be no outside food or beverage in the studio.

The last day to sign up for this event is September 9th by 10pm.

ATTENDANCE : Doors will open 15 minutes prior to start time. We will start promptly at 6 pm, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early. We understand things happen so please let us know if you cannot make it or will be late. If more than 30 minutes past our start time and no notice given, you may not be able to participate as we will not be able to bring you up to speed and still maintain good flow for our other guests.

Bad Weather: If we are under severe weather warnings the day of the event we will reschedule. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date we will issue a credit. We don't want anyone out on the roads in potential tornados or severe thunderstorms trying to get to us, and we cannot guarantee continued power during a storm to complete our projects. For everyones safety this is now our policy.

REFUNDS: You may receive a full refund if cancelling within 24 hours of reservation. After that, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS as we purchase materials and begin prepping projects per order. If you cannot make it to this event and let us know at least 10 days in advance, we will issue you a credit, anyone cancelling past that may take their project home to do at their leisure.   No Call/ No Shows will NOT be issued a credit and will only have 14 days to claim their projects before ownership is forfeited. We do not have space to hang on to unclaimed projects. Any credits given past the 5 day mark will be up to the discretion of the facilitator. We appreciate your understanding.
